On Sunday, December 13th, at the Dasmariñas Arena, the Monarchs will face off against the Biñan Tatak Gel Arellano U Lady Chiefs in Game 2 of the 2025 Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association (MPVA) finals. This best-of-three series has everyone talking, especially with the Monarchs' impressive 15-0 record so far.
But here's where it gets controversial... The Monarchs, backed by the formidable National U Lady Bulldogs, are on a mission to extend their dynasty. After dominating the UAAP and the Shakey's Super League, they're now eyeing a perfect 16-0 season. Can they pull it off?
